Enter February

I am truly stating that my year didn’t start in January, it started in February.

January was such a rough start. Everything about it was wrong. I lost focus on my goals. I lost focus on my more natural approach to my health and endometriosis. I lost sight on my fitness goals. I forgot who I was. I got swept away into short-term events that clouded my mind and shifted my focus.

In life, that happens. It happens to the best of us.

I’m just glad I caught it early.

Don’t get me wrong. Some days were good. Some days were fun. Some days I got to let loose and be a little “wild” (wild by my definition is not necessarily wild by the masses lol).

But I am so happy to be back on track. The goals for this year were very important. And they are big goals.

Financial freedom.

Natural vitamin supplementation.

Healthy manageable weight loss.

Composing more writing.

More movement.

And they say a goal without a plan is nothing more than a dream. Oh I have the plans. I also daydream about them too. Sometimes it helps me get through my day, but then I have to remind myself to come back down to Earth.
